Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit of $300 per person / Suites $1,000 per person
50% of trip balance due by Jan 15th
75% of trip balance due by April 1st
Final Payment due by June 16th
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable
Payments are non-transferable
Additional Information:
- Complimentary transportation to and from the resort and airport is only for reservation dates booked with D9O Travel.
- Airfare is NOT included
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and is the only way guests can be refunded for canceled reservations.
- Late fees will apply for guests that do not meet the payment schedule requirements.
- All payment adjustments will be less the payment processing fees unless the reason for the adjustment was an error by D9O Travel.
- In order to travel to the Mexico and take part in Professional Relaxation, all guests must have a valid passport that is valid through the date of departure.
